Main objective, was to ensure that the proposed “ICCP Data Link from CE to NEMMCO” is realised and implemented into a fully operational state”, in the role of External Project Manager, with specific responsibilities for:

software development, configuration and testing
commissioning co-ordination of testing, implementation and go live to a fully operational state
Communication & co-ordination across multiple entities including state and federal government entities, suppliers, contractors, both locally and internationally
Application of innovation and experience to ensure functional results where and as required.
Achievements
The main objective was fully achieved and the project was fully operational at the end of my involvement.
The challenge of bringing together a loose grouping of stakeholders, including multiple internal departments, suppliers, contractors and regulators was a challenging task.
These included software contractors in Canberra, suppliers in UK – General Electric, internal resources, NEMMCO, and multiple departments inside Country Energy
A major re-definition of the project was also required to be fleshed out and implemented due to short comings in original supplied GE software. The re-definition of the project was instigated because of some innovative and novel proposals I developed, largely due to my technical background in the relevent disiplines.
